Introduction

Welcome to shop.reselling.store (the “Site”). This Public Offer and these Terms and Conditions of Service (together, the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including any purchases of digital products or services offered herein. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The Site is operated by the Shop.Reselling.Store Team (“we”, “us”, or “our”). If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you may not use the Site.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • “Site” means shop.reselling.store and any related storefronts operated by us.
  • “Product” means any digital software tool, license key, or digital service made available for purchase on the Site.
  • “Buyer”, “you”, or “your” means the person completing an Order on the Site.
  • “Order” means a request to purchase one or more Products, confirmed by successful payment.
  • “Delivery” means the automated transmission of a License Key to the email address supplied at checkout.
  • “License Key” means the unique activation code or credential granting access to a Product.

Acceptance of Offer

This document constitutes a public offer to any person wishing to purchase a Product on the terms set out herein. By completing payment for an Order, you expressly and unconditionally accept these Terms in full, including the Refund & Chargeback Policy referenced below. Acceptance occurs at the moment payment is confirmed, regardless of whether you have read this document in full.

Services Offered

We provide instant access to digital software tools through activation keys. These tools are intended to enhance gameplay customization and performance experience within supported environments. Access durations and included features vary by product.

Products are delivered via digital license keys, sent automatically by email after purchase.

Personal Information

We collect limited information such as your email address, IP address, browser and device data, and order and payment metadata in order to process purchases, deliver keys, and prevent fraud and payment disputes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details, including how long this information is retained.

By using the Site, you consent to this data collection and processing.

Payments

We accept secure payments via Stripe, PayPal, and other trusted payment providers made available on the Site. All fees and terms are governed by the payment processor’s policies. By submitting payment, you represent that you are the authorized holder of the payment method or account used, and that you have the right to use it for this Order.

Where PayPal is offered as a payment method, payments must be sent using the Friends & Family option. Payments received without Friends & Family are not accepted as valid payment for an Order and will be automatically refunded; no Product will be delivered against such a payment.

Chargebacks, payment reversals, or attempted fraud are addressed in the Chargebacks and Payment Disputes section below and may result in account bans and key deactivation.

Order & Delivery Policy

All Products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, your License Key is emailed instantly to the address you supplied at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folders if you do not see it within a few minutes.

Delivery is deemed complete once the Delivery email has been sent. Our record of that transmission is treated as conclusive evidence that the Product was delivered, including for the purpose of responding to any payment dispute or chargeback.

Delivery delays caused by an incorrectly entered email address or by payment verification are not the responsibility of the Site, and do not entitle you to a refund.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final except as expressly set out in our Refund & Chargeback Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it before making a purchase.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with an Order, you must contact us at admin@reselling.store and attempt to resolve it with us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved faster this way than through a bank dispute.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a Product that was delivered in accordance with these Terms, without first contacting us, is treated as a material breach of these Terms and may be treated as an attempted fraudulent chargeback.

Where a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we will immediately and permanently revoke the associated License Key and suspend or ban the associated account, regardless of the outcome of the dispute. A dispute resolved in your favor does not reinstate your access to the Product or your account.

We reserve the right to contest any chargeback or payment dispute using available evidence, including Order records, Delivery logs, IP address logs, License Key activation records, and your recorded acceptance of these Terms at checkout.

License & Usage

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software or digital content for personal use only. You may not:

  • Resell or share your activation key
  • Reverse engineer, redistribute, or tamper with the software
  • Use it for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

Disclaimers

We make no guarantees that software functionality will remain unchanged or uninterrupted. Tools may rely on third-party platforms and services, and availability may change without notice.

You acknowledge that all products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Site or its services for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

Where access is terminated for a breach of these Terms, including an unwarranted chargeback or payment dispute, any License Key issued to you is forfeited and deactivated with immediate effect and without refund.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Lithuania.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Chargeback Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the same subject.

Changes to Terms

We may update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect once posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any updates.
