This Privacy Policy explains how reselling.store (the “Site”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains information collected from users of the Site, and what rights you have over that information.

By placing an Order or otherwise using the Site, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in this Policy.

Information We Collect

  • username;
  • email address;
  • IP address;
  • browser and device data;
  • device characteristics (a “device fingerprint” derived from your screen, timezone, language, hardware and graphics settings), collected for fraud prevention and to defend against payment disputes;
  • order and payment metadata (e.g. order ID, amount, payment status, payment method used).

We do not collect or store your full payment card or account details. Payments are processed directly by our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal, who receive the information necessary to process your payment under their own privacy policies.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

  • process your Order and deliver your License Key;
  • provide customer support;
  • detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, unauthorized payments, and chargebacks; and
  • comply with our legal and tax obligations.

Data Retention

We retain your order, delivery, and IP address records for as long as necessary to comply with our legal and tax obligations, and in particular to provide evidence in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback relating to your Order. Where no such obligation applies, we retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by emailing admin@reselling.store. We may decline a deletion request to the extent we are required or entitled to retain data, including records needed to resolve an ongoing or potential payment dispute or chargeback, or to comply with legal or tax obligations.

Security

Personal data is not publicly available and is not shared with third parties other than as described in this Policy or as required by law.
